We like to think of ourselves as a vibrant, down to earth, honest bunch, offering an environment where our clients enjoy dropping in, having a good old chin wag while we all put our creative juices to work. For us this is the essence of true collaboration.
We’re proud of where our agency has come from and where it is going. Why? Because, from the beginning we planned to build an agency that had a soul; a place where our people were happy to come to work every day and be part of a family, where everyone had a voice. The plans for building our dream agency are on target. We’ve been able to attract a fantastically talented crew, from some much bigger agencies where they’ve gained experience of working on blue chip global brands.
When asked what inspired the move to a smaller agency the general response is that they were attracted by the down to earth, honest, hardworking ethos of the agency which would enable them to look after their clients properly. And we do look after them properly. It is important to us that our business ethics and reliability are assets to our clients. We do genuinely care that their businesses succeed and that we can offer them a reliable service.
With our ‘safe pair of hands’ approach they know we’ve got their back and that we’ll pull out all the stops so as not to let them down. So yeah, we’re proud of our little family. They’re damned good at what they do; they’re ambitious, keep their promises, work hard for our clients and provide an enjoyable, fun environment for each other and our clients.
